Google Chrome	I see that there is a lot of people with low (VERY LOW in my opinion) progression rates. I have Base Saiyans at Boo Era near or into the billions, like Ninja said, every mid to high tier character from Cell and Boo Sagas would one shot 100% Frieza, many even in their base or without powering up.... As I probably already implied, nothing is rock solid in Dragon Ball when it comes to battle-power.
	Once upon a time, there used to be a signature. Then it got lame, and now I'm out of options for a new one.

Goku : 80,000,000,000. Vegeta : 75,000,000,000.
